GFM International Trade & Finance Investment is the trading and financial investment brand of Global Financial Management Pte Ltd which was formed in 1994 and has its headquarters in GFM. GFM International Trade & Finance provides a full suite of International Trade Solutions for all your international trade needs and investment requirements, from financing your international trade transactions to obtaining funding from international investors.
We provide an integrated platform to assist with all aspects of global trade, from simplifying complicated cross-border transactions to providing business and financial support to clients around the world.
Who we are
The Services offered by Definitive are set up as a Centralized Solution for Global Commodity Trading and Financial Support from a Commodity Trader's Perspective and as an Essential Middle Office Function to Process a Deal and Manage the Life Cycle of a Deal from Start to Finish.
In addition, we help producers, exporters, importers, end-users and financial institutions connect with each other to minimize the risks involved in these transactions and to execute such transactions as efficiently and securely as possible. Our objective is to facilitate the smooth co-ordination of the initial agreement through to the delivery of the commodity.
Trade Facilitation from Start to Finish
We arrange for Sterling Bank Letter of Credit (SBLC) and Letter of Credit (LC) issued by internationally recognised banks and enable global business to transact globally safely and efficiently.
Middle Office Solutions
Acting as a strategic intermediary, we will manage the relationship between manufacturers, exporters and importers while structuring the deal together. By managing counterparty relationships, we create a greater level of transparency, trust and efficiency in the execution of transactions.
Business Agreement Preparation and Negotiation
The team specializes in producing and negotiating commercial contracts whole type such as sales or purchase agreements. The team ensures that the document meets the appropriate regulations, requirements, and is in accordance with international trade policies
Logistics and Supply-chain Management
The team is able to coordinate the logistics function for an entire shipment not just from point A to point B, but also managing the logistics process to ensure timely delivery with respect to the Logistics Process, including: transportation coordination (i.e., truck shipping), Documentation Requirements (i.e., the invoice and shipping documents), Customs Handling (i.e., хайiminate clearing time).
Investment & Trade Finance Support
