PROJECT FINANCING

Project finance is often more complicated.

It is literally difficult to secure project finance facility without incurring some costs in advance from project borrower as professional fees executed by certified consultants are in the economy market.

If Project Borrowers are seeking project financing or bridging loan facility, they may send us few pages of your project summary write up for our preliminary study.

The project summary report should include nature of project, loan amount needed, tenure of loan, project location, project costing, financial incomes projection, construction period, and if collateral such as land involved, please indicate land size, indicative value, and other supporting documents - to:

After preliminary study of your project summary and the project finance is possible, we shall issue a Term Sheet and request for complete documents to process all detailed formality.

Project finance is the long-term financing based upon the projected cash flows of the project, the viability and profitability of the project, complexity of the project, current status of the project, legality, currency and political risks in project location, risk identification, capability of repayment, possible loan convertible to stocks, possibly issuance of corporate shares in return for dividends shall be taken into consideration during detailed feasibility studies executed by our certified professionals.

Usually, a project financing structure involves a number of capital and equity investors through our "Principals Investment Providers Group", as well as other lending financial institutions that provide loans to the operation.
